Frequently Asked Questions
How long until the refund appears in the customer’s account? Typically 3–5 business days, varying by the customer’s issuing bank.
How many partial refunds can I issue? As many as you like, so long as the cumulative amount does not exceed the original transaction and each partial refund is at least 24 hours apart (per Cecabank policy).
What’s the difference between a full refund and a partial refund? A full refund reverses the entire transaction. A partial refund breaks the return into one or more smaller operations.
Can I cancel a refund once it’s been initiated? Once started, refunds cannot be canceled. For exceptional cases, you may contact support.
What if the original card is expired or closed? Our system detects this and works with the bank to find an alternative way to return the funds.
